How do I view my scheduled transfers?
  1. Navigate to the “Make a Transfer” page.

  2. Select the “Scheduled Transfers” tab.

  3. Scheduled transfers will appear on this tab.

Please note: there are some types of scheduled transfers that cannot be edited with eBranch. Please call our Call Center and a Member Service Representative will be happy to help you.

How do I add an additional or external account?

When you are in eBranch, navigate to the “Make a Transfer” tab.

Select “+Add an Additional Account.”

For an account outside of Heritage Family Credit Union:

  1. Make sure to have your account and routing number before starting.

  2. Select “Another Institution” from the drop down.

  3. Use the search feature to select your financial institution, change the sort to alphabetical or reverse alphabetical, or simply scroll through the list.

  4. If you find your institution, select it. If your institution is not listed, select the “I can’t locate my financial institution option.

  5. Enter the routing number, account number, and then confirm your account number.

  6. Select the account type (Checking, Savings, or Loan) from the list.

  7. Click the “Connect” button.

To connect another account at Heritage Family Credit Union:

  1. Make sure to have the account number (in 12345678-01 format), as well as the primary member’s first and last name before starting.

  2. Select “A Member of Heritage Family Credit Union” from the drop down.

  3. Read and accept the disclosure.

  4. Enter the primary member’s first name, last name, an account nickname, and the account number. Make sure the account number is formatted with the share or loan prefix (ex. 12345678-01). The member can look up this information under the details of their account after logging into eBranch.

  5. Select the account type (Checking, Savings, or Loan) from the list.

  6. Click the “Next” button.

After the connection has been verified, you will be able to transfer money to the account you set up or transfer money from the set up account, which includes using the account for paying your loans/credit card/or mortgage at Heritage Family Credit Union.

How do I cancel my next scheduled transfer?
  1. Navigate to the “Make a Transfer” page.

  2. Select the “Scheduled Transfers” tab.

  3. Select the scheduled transfer you’d like to cancel.

  4. Click “Cancel Next” and “Yes.”

How do I make a recurring transfer?
  1. Navigate to the “Make a Transfer” page.

  2. Select your “From” and “To” accounts.

  3. Enter the amount.

  4. Choose a recurring transfer in the Occurrence field.

  5. Add an optional memo.

  6. Click the Review Transfer button.

  7. After reviewing your transfer, click the “Confirm Transfer” button.

How do I make a transfer?
  1. Navigate to the “Make a Transfer” page.

  2. Select your “From” and “To” accounts.

  3. Enter the amount.

  4. Set when you want the transfer to occur.

  5. Add an optional memo.

  6. Click the Review Transfer button.

  7. After reviewing your transfer, click the “Confirm Transfer” button.

How do I set a savings goal?
  1. From the dashboard, click on the “Customize” toggle.

  2. Set the “Savings Goal” widget to “On.”

  3. Save.

  4. With the Savings Goal widget turned on, click the “Create a Savings Goal “ link.

  5. Choose the share account (Savings Account) you would like to set your savings goal for.

  6. Select the appropriate category in the “What are you saving for?” drop down.

  7. After setting a description, amount, and the target date for the goal, click the “Create Savings Goal” button.

  8. This widget will now appear on your dashboard when you login from any device and you will also be able to quickly make a transfer to it.

Can I transfer from my home equity line of credit/Money Market account/share draft line of credit?

Yes. To transfer from a home equity line of credit, money market account, or share draft line of credit:

  1. Navigate to the “Make a Transfer” tab.

  2. In the “From” drop down list of accounts, select your account you want to withdraw funds from.

  3. In the “To” drop down, select the account you want to deposit the funds into.

  4. Fill in the amount, occurrence, and optionally, the memo information.

  5. Click the “Review Transfer” button then the “Confirm Transfer” button.

Please note: Money Market Accounts are subject to the Federal Regulation D standards, limiting the amount of transactions on this type of account to six (6) per month.

How do I make a loan payment?
  1. From the dashboard in eBranch, select the “Make a Transfer” tab.

  2. Select an account to withdraw the payment from.

  3. Select your loan under the “To” drop down.

  4. Select what you will pay from the drop down.

  5. Set the occurrence of the payment.

  6. In the memo, add an optional note to reference the transaction on your account history.

  7. Click the “Review Transfer” button.

  8. Review the transfer to confirm the information is correct. Then, click the “Confirm Transfer” button.

Can I pay my loan/credit card/mortgage from an account at another institution on eBranch?

Yes!

When you are in eBranch, navigate to the “Make a Transfer” tab.

Select “+Add an Additional Account.”
