Your username is the ID you enter to login to eBranch. If you used the old eBranch, your username will not change for the new eBranch. If you do not remember your username, please call us at 844.621.2513 and we can help!
Yes! You can access eBranch from a mobile browser or by downloading our app from the App Store or Google Play store. No matter how you access eBranch, your login will be the same.
When the new site launches, you can login from any page of our website by utilizing your username. Remember, you’ll need to select a new password.
Enter your username and password from the old system.
You will need to verify your identity with your social security number and date of birth. Click the “Continue” button.
Select a delivery method (Email, Voice Message, or Text) to receive a verification code.
You should receive the verification code quickly. Enter it on the appropriate field.
Click the “Next” button.
Create a new password.
Agree to the Online Banking Terms & Conditions.
